Cool article about 3D prints

Very interesting article about 3D death masks created with some fascinating materials, "embedded with natural minerals such as bismuth, silver, and gold, five masks will use the color combinations commonly found in religious practices from different times and regions." Personally, I'm not interested in the death mask per se but in the materials used. I found it difficult to muster up some interest the 1 tone color. Once I did make my 3D image, I was planning on coating it spray paint and painting it a different colors. The other fascinating aspect about this was the extreme, almost glass-like feel of the sculptures.
